Surrender of certificate.—Every bottler of water who ceases to carry on the bottling of water shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Dam Safety Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
