Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the carrier shall apply to the Director of Industries in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Director of Industries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
