Application for registration.—Every dealer in foreign currency carrying on dealing in foreign currency shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Moneylenders in Form H, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every loan account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
