Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of premises used as a polling station dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Election Commission in Form 7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every nomination paper then held; and the State Election Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
