Surrender of certificate.—Every landholder who ceases to carry on the holding of land shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tahsildar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every map held by him has been disposed of.
