Application for registration.—Every service provider carrying on the provision of services shall make an application for registration to the Central Authority in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every label held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
