Application for registration.—Every adoption agency carrying on the placement of children for adoption shall make an application for registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in Form V, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every order of maintenance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
