Intimation of change.—Every adoption agency shall intimate to the Maintenance Tribunal, in Form I and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maintenance Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
