Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a slaughter house shall apply to the Corporation in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Corporation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
