Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a restaurant who ceases to carry on the running of a restaurant shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Referral Laboratory in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every stock of foodgrains held by him has been disposed of.
