Intimation of change.—Every casual taxable person shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form GSTR-9 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
