Application for registration.—Every court receiver carrying on the management of property in the custody of the court shall make an application for registration to the Legal Services Authority in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every register of suits held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
