Surrender of certificate.—Every private tutor who ceases to carry on the giving of private tuition shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every fee receipt held by him has been disposed of.
