Rule 22, Gujarat Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2008 [S8Z-TDR]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form VIII not less than fifteen days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees; and the Chief Wild Life Warden shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the owner of a mine within a forest within ninety days of the renewal.
