Application for registration.—Every owner of a mine within a forest carrying on mining within a forest area shall make an application for registration to the Chief Wild Life Warden in Form III, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every consent held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
