Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the producer of plastic packaging shall apply to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
