Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the depository participant shall apply to the Government of Kerala in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Government of Kerala shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
