Application for registration.—Every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall make an application for registration to the Endowments Tribunal in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of trusts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
