Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online gaming operator shall apply to the Disciplinary Panel in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Disciplinary Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
