Surrender of certificate.—Every data processor who ceases to carry on the processing of personal data on behalf of a data fiduciary shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every register of users held by him has been disposed of.
