Safe custody.—Every private body funded by a public authority shall keep every certified copy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the receipt of public funds is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every certified copy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Central Information Commission within thirty days of the close of each year.
