Rule 21, Andhra Pradesh Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2008 [S8Z-9YX]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the proprietor of a lodging house shall apply to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
