Intimation of change.—Every owner of a well on Government land shall intimate to the State Government, in Form 3 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
