Application for registration.—Every owner of a well on Government land carrying on the sinking of a well on Government land shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 14, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every record of rights held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
