Intimation of change.—Every election agent shall intimate to the Returning Officer, in Form 26 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Returning Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
