Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sponsor of a competition shall apply to the Sports Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Sports Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
