Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
