Application for registration.—Every factor carrying on the business of factoring shall make an application for registration to the Banking Ombudsman in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every passbook held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
