Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trader shall apply to the National Commission in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the National Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
