Intimation of change.—Every author shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form 2 and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
