Clause 2, Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling (Recognition Control) Order, 2007 [S8Y-DKZ]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976 (Goa Act 14 of 1976); (b) "adventure sports operator" means a person carrying on the conduct of adventure sports; (c) "calendar of events" means a calendar of events received, held or disposed of by a adventure sports operator in the course of the conduct of adventure sports; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
