Application for registration.—Every registrar of births and deaths carrying on the registration of births and deaths shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form VII, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every succession certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
