Report to the Government.—The Export Inspection Council shall prepare, within seven days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of customs house agents whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Assam and publish it within one hundred and twenty days of its preparation.
