Intimation of change.—Every registered user shall intimate to the Plant Varieties Authority, in Form 2 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Plant Varieties Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
