Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the court receiver to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form E, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Registrar General shall record the manner and the date of service within twenty-one days of the service.
