Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the mine surveyor shall apply to the Mining Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Mining Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
