Surrender of certificate.—Every mine surveyor who ceases to carry on the survey of mines shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Mining Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form K of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
