Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a dangerous or offensive trade shall apply to the Municipal Council in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Municipal Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
