Application for registration.—Every owner of a dangerous or offensive trade carrying on the carrying on of a dangerous or offensive trade shall make an application for registration to the Municipal Council in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every trade licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
