Application for registration.—Every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 3, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every title deed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
