Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor engaged in a mine who ceases to carry on the execution of work in a mine shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Rajasthan in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every mineral held by him has been disposed of.
