Application for registration.—Every salvor carrying on the salvage of vessels shall make an application for registration to the Port Authority in Form 4, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every ship held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
