Surrender of certificate.—Every court typist who ceases to carry on the typing of pleadings for reward shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Taxing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every deposition held by him has been disposed of.
