Intimation of change.—Every broker shall intimate to the Registrar of Firms, in Form D and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Firms shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
