Intimation of change.—Every publisher of an opinion poll shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 2A and within three days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
