Correction of entries.—The State Election Commission may, on an application made in Form 6 by any publisher of an opinion poll or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
