Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a vaccination centre who ceases to carry on the administration of vaccines shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
