Intimation of change.—Every election agent shall intimate to the Election Tribunal, in Form 2B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Election Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
