Surrender of certificate.—Every nominee director who ceases to carry on the representation of a shareholder on a board shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ADT-1 of the manner in which every statement of affairs held by him has been disposed of.
