Application for registration.—Every licensee carrying on the supply of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every energy bill held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
